How to auto create Incident tasks for Incidents

I need to create 3 Incident Tasks for Incidents that have the following condition

Initiate the workflow:

Category as Hardware

Subcategory as Printer

Assignment Group will be PDS

If the answer is yes to the following questions on the incident form then I would need 3 tasks created:

Did you replace the printer?  (Task 1- Team A and Task 2 - Team B)

Did you move the printer? (Task 3 - Team C)

I have never built a workflow from scratch.  My questions are:

1.  Is the worflow built off the Incident table or the Incident_task table?

2.  How do I start the workflow or what starts the workflow?

Once these are answered I may have 2 more questions.

Hi Velvet,

Here is the sample workflow which you can follow and understand easily. Let me know if you have any issues related to this.

Navigate to Workflow editor and click on '+' to create this workflow. Create it on Incident table.
