How to add new state on incident form

Hello Team,

 

 

I want to add new state "ABC" on incident table.

 

I have added new state in choices but it is not visible in dropdown of the incident form.

Hi @rmishra4395 ,

 

Make sure you added choice correctly by configuring choice in incident table and it is active true.

 

Check ui policy or client script or any acls removing the choices

 

Check for dictionary override effecting as incident table state inheriting from task table.

Hi @rmishra4395 ,

 

recheck if the choice is created on incident table and look if there are any client scripts that are responsible to show the choices are there where you have to include this new choice.
