Hello @DevtoSME
To display date/time fields in a 12-hour AM/PM format, follow these steps:
Update System Property:
- Navigate to the sys_properties table.
- Locate the system property glide.sys.time_format.
- Change its value to hh:mm a.
This update will configure the date and time fields to use a 12-hour format with an AM/PM suffix.
Portal Reflection:
- The changes will be reflected in the portal, ensuring users see the 12-hour AM/PM format.
User Preferences Limitation:
- While this change updates the time format, the 12-hour AM/PM option may not appear under the "Language and Region" section in the Preferences tab. This is a limitation in the current setup.
