Hello
We have a requirement where we need to show a SLA definition on the work order task form ,
The issue here is We have work orders -->which have work order tasks ,on work order form have a field called Initiated from field ( usually referring to incidents) we need that incidents SLA on work order task and We would want a change in the progress bar or field color to change at 668 hours for approaching breach and 27 days for breach
