How to add sub-pages to workspace component in UI Builder

I am looking for a way to add components to a main page that includes subpages same as below. There are a few subpages existing in OTB Service Operation workspace but I can not figure out how to add a new one.

Use the Viewport Component to display the sub pages.

This dosen't say anything about how we can use an existing page in viewport!

Seems like there isn't any way to do that currently and that is really frustrating honestly . How can you re-use a page using the viewport in the same page in other tabs or in another page . !
