How to add the Event Registration Template using Developer Instance?

I have found this this template, Event Registration Template, from docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/vancouver-application-development/page/build/app-engine-studio/conc...

and i have found this in the ServiceNow Store.

 

However, how can I add this template to my developer instance?

 

I tried to login to ServiceNow Store but it doesn't allow me to.

 

Please advise.
