Hi,
May be you are using 'UI Policy' instead of 'Catalog UI Policy'

Hi,
If you are using catalog item then you need to create Catalog UI policy.
Also the variable which you wish to use in condition is standalone or present in MRVS?

Did you mistakenly marked other response as correct?
I already mentioned the same as 1st response to your question that it should be catalog UI policy if it's a catalog item.
The answer marked as correct is a repeat of what I already mentioned.
Please remember you can mark only 1 response as correct.
Would you mind marking my response as correct based on timely response?

Hi Joyea
Check if you are using catalog UI Policy or not, you'll be able to see all the active variables.
Mark it helpful if this helps you to understand. Accept solution if this give you the answer you're looking for
