"Sorry, you can't login with this ServiceNow ID" when trying to install "Learning Core" to my personal dev instance

I am trying to install Workforce Optimization for ITSM plugin to me Dev instance to test it out but it requires a few prerequisite plugins to install. I get stuck when it says I need "sn_lc" installed first to proceed so I click the link through to the Store but when I try to log in I get "Sorry, you can't login with this ServiceNow ID". As far as I was aware you can install any plug-in in to your dev instance to test out. Please can someone help me out with this?

Hi,

You cannot install store applications on your PDI as its a Paid plugin and you will need your ServiceNow ID.

You can only use your customer/organization ID to login to Now Support/store which is only possible with Customer/partner instance not PDI.
