How to attach an attachment to change request using REST Api from azure devops to SNOW?

Hello All,

 

We have a functionality to create a change request from Azure devops using power shell. Now, devops team planning to attach attachments to a change request.

i have created a below rest api from Explorer.

POST API: https://instance.service-now.com/api/now/attachment/file?table_name=change_request&table_sys_id=030e...

While attaching documents they are getting 400 error.

Something I have to setup in SNOW, kindly advise what are the steps to setup in SNOW.
