Hey everyone,
I have added a project field to the sc_req_item table and a related list to the pm_project table for sc_req_item.number. I am trying to create a business rule for it to populate this related list with the sc_req_item.number if there is a project populated in the req item. I am pretty new to the platform and have tried several things from other post but none seem to be working. Attached several pictures below, I just want that related list to populate with whatever req item numbers that project is on.
Thanks everyone,
Jon

Hi,
Kindly answer the below,
1.So you have a "Project" reference field on Request Item table, right?
2. Which table this new Project field is referenced to?
3. And you want the related lists to be displayed with records whenever any Requested Items Have the Same "Project"?
Thanks!

Correct I added a project reference field on the sc_req_item it references pm_project. I want any request item that has a project to populate that request item number in the related list under that project.

Hi,
Go to "Relationships" under 'System Definition' and create a new record like this
Once it's done, you will see this newly created relationship on the "Configure Related Lists" options in the Form.
Note: If the answer helps you, Kindly mark as Helpful or Solution.
Thanks!
