How to auto populate values from form to UI page?

I have an requirement to cretae button on demand form and when click on that button (Ui action) want to open UI page.Ui page have refernce field of cmdb_ci table and I want to auto populate product(cmdb_ci) from demnd table to refrence field in UI page  .I don't have much knowleadge about UI page any one please help me .
