How to auto refresh the service catalog form on service portal.

I am getting difficulty like, when I select any choice field on catalog item form and when I again select different choice then that time it's also reflecting the earlier choice field values, means form is not getting the refresh.

Do you have two different choice variable??? or  if you have one choice variable , changing the choice value is reverting back to the previous value

 

Need to understand the actual issue here?? can you explain us bit more on the problem.

I have more than two choices field depending on that I have created two fields by using UI policy to set visible, but when I split the choices, result is not getting reflected, I need to refresh the page every time to get the result as expected. 

 

Hope this clear your doubt on my issue. 

You got to clear old values when you change the choices.

 

Just to understand>>>

Choice 1 

Choice 2 - Display based on Choice 1 value

 

when you change Choice for the first time it changes but when you change it again choice 1 it still shows the old value??
