How to bifurcate Virtual agent based on different portals?

Hi All,

By default, any virtual agent topic we create, that is available on all portals. Can we make virtual agent topics available based on specific portals.

Also, is there a way to configure Virtual agent so that topics which are displayed in virtual agent are different for different applications.
