How to bring watchlist in Standard Ticket Header.

I have to show the watchlist field on the standard ticket header of the service portal for Incidents. 

Please guide how to achieve that. Below is the screenshot :

But i could see it in HR portal as shown in below screenshot, the only way to bring is what explained in the link shared by you or we can do it by some other way too
