@nameisnani  Once you create Smiley faces question

create 2 more questions for each smiley face. Below is for happy face

In image choices keep only one other as empty 

then create more string  and for both new questions give dependency as first question happy face

Preview will be after clicking happy face other 2 will display respectively create for all other and set dependency
