Hi @Saranya K ,
Where do you face issues in the setup? If you haven't started yet, any prior experience with performance analytics?

Hi @AndersBGS ,
Thanks for reaching out me
I am having experience in Performance analytics.
I know I need to create 2 automated indicators one is to capture the average resolve time and another on is for incident count and 3rd formula indicator .
MTTR = Average resolve time of incident / number for incident.
My question is in indicator source what condition i need to give? for example for daily incident count will give condition as created on Today.
what condition i need to give in both incident count indicator source and Average resolve time indicator source is a my first question.
And the second question is I need to select which one sum or average aggregate to calculate incident resolve time?
And I want my MTTR graph like below it should show MTTR for each month for this what condition i need to give in indicator source and what aggregate i need to select?
Thanks

Hi @Saranya K ,
In general, I would create:
- 1 automated indicator that sum daily closed incidents for resolution time.
- 1 automated indicator for count daily closed incidents.
- 1 formula indicator for your formula as described and do it pr. month as you would like to see it month wise.
Notice, it could be that you need to enhance the indicator source filter based on business requirement.
