How to change All, Favorite, History Workspaces background color hover in Next Experience (Polaris)?

I need to change the new brandig based in Next Experience but I have troubles to find the property which change the All, Favorite, History Workspaces background color hover.

You would need to configure a new theme. Unfortunately, it's not as simple as a system property change.

Than you Mike, but already we have created a new theme. In styles we need know what the name of a property which change the "All", "Favorite", "History", anda  "Workspaces" background color hover.
