How to change color for Navigator

I want change color for Navigator for my project 

I tried by way access Basic Configuration UI16 and change color at item Header background color. Below image attachement.

I tried Refresh Page. But it not working.

So How to change color for Navigator?

There sure is. The following property governs what the 'application menus and modules' colour will be when you are
