How to change color of employee center's technical service menu links and buttons

I want to configure the employee center portal, Where I want to do some changes in technical service menu's links, button's colors while hover and default.

I was using branding editor but only some things are getting changed. How to edit everything related to this in ServiceNow.

Below is the image of the colors I want to get while in hovering, default and selected state.

I AM NEW TO PORTAL SO ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

Hi @Deepika Jain ,

Firstly check if the changes you are trying make are on custom widget or ootb widget. If its a custom widget then you need to make these changes in HTML, CSS & Client Script of the respective widget by inspecting each component.

Note: Don't make any changes directly on ootb widgets.

So the thing is I have no knowledge of portal, for Employee portal I am using and making changes through Service portal > Service Portal Configuration > Branding editor

My Requirement is below
