How to change column name in dictionary

Can any one suggest me

As per my requirement i need to change column name ( portal_u_admin instead of u_admin ).

Find the entry and modify the label.

Once the field is created you will not be able to change the name, instead you have to create a new one with your desired column name and delete the old one.
