The OOTB popup for Configuration Item is ridiculously long. How/where can I make changes to this layout? The sys_popup form layout seems to only apply to the classic form views.

After some more digging, my teammate figured it out. The View that controls the Configuration Item popup inside SOW is called "cmdb_browse". I'm not yet sure if this is used in other places, so might need to take that into consideration before changing.

It seems like it works only for specific classes only. Configuration Item shows all the principal CIs for us. I have configured the "cmdb_browse" in the cmdb_ci level. But if I preview a child class e.g. cmdb_ci_server it still shows other field, not the one I have defined in the cmdb_ci level. I don't want to go and update every Principal CI class pop view.
