How to change 'i' popup layout for Configuration Item in Service Operations Workspace

The OOTB popup for Configuration Item is ridiculously long. How/where can I make changes to this layout? The sys_popup form layout seems to only apply to the classic form views.

After some more digging, my teammate figured it out. The View that controls the Configuration Item popup inside SOW is called "cmdb_browse". I'm not yet sure if this is used in other places, so might need to take that into consideration before changing.

Hi @JenR

Sys_pop view or 'i' pop-ip only works in Platform view/native view.

It does not work in Workspace.

As a workaround , check this article, if it works for you.

Creating a view with name 'Workspace' did not work, unfortunately. Not sure it matters, but I am attaching a slightly different screen shot. I need the 'i' popup from within the Incident form to be reformatted - not the Edit form from the SOW list view.

I think it's hard-coded at workspace UI builder level
