How to change multi level pivot table report value order?

Hi All,

I have created a report on the "metric_instance" table and the report type is selected as "Multi Level Pivot Table Report"
in the below screenshot, the "Value" column order is showing in alphabetical order but I want to show it as a change request phase wise like below
New => Assess => Authorize => Schedule etc...

Is it possible?

Hi @Shantharao ,

I went through ServiceNow documentation & got to know that, "In the Sorting Order list, choose the field you want to sort on and then choose a-z or z-a for alphabetical order or reverse alphabetical order" means you can only sort it by a-z or z-a, I don't see any other way of sorting.
