How to change preview of records shown via List Collector

Hello Community,

I have a variable on the form Type= List Collector referring to table "cmdb_ci_business_app".

When I select any record it displays some info about it which I would like to modify:

Ex:

How can I change the fields that appear when i select a record?

Hi Hemant,

Below is what appears when I followed the first step given in the article.

Even after right click on the list header there is no option to personalize.

Could you please let me know what's missing here?
