How to change role to Admin from my PDI, when "change role" is not available under Instance action section.

Under the instance action, I am unable to change role from "App Engine Studio Creator" to "Admin", as the activity to change role does not appear .

How do I get this option to appear?

I need admin role to be able to activate the plugin "App Engine Studio"

Hello,

Forums are no longer monitored by Servicenow employees, Also they have disabled feedback option which was there earlier on Developer site.

You can get admin role by clicking on 'Change user role' and then select admin but in case it is not working then nothing can be done as nobody is monitoring PDI issues.

Lastly you can request for new instance but I see even that's not available so wait until it becomes available automatically.
