Hi All,
I have a requirement that If ticket is rejected by approver the state status should be "Rejected" and if rejected by user the state status should be "Cancelled" how to achieve this one any suggestions please
If the Approver Rejects the request then the state should be "Rejected" and If Agent Rejects the request then the state should be "Cancelled" this is the requirement how to achieve this
when approver rejects the state should be "Rejected"
If user rejects the ticket then the state should be "Cancelled"
