How to change the Activity Stream new attachment text

Hi everyone Im using the "Form" widget on a portal where I have the activity stream, I want to change or add somethink to the text that we get when we attach somethink to the request.

What we get when we attach somethink:

If you're talking about the Attachment uploaded activity in the activity stream, I don't think you can change it.

And can we do somethink on the "ticket attachment" widget, that when we attach somethink it sends somethink on the work notes ?

Hi @Peter Bodelier about this, can we just deactivate or remove this activity instead of changing it ? I already tried to take it out of the filter but it keeps appearing on the portal.
