How to change the APP Shell for existing UI Builder Experience

New user to using UI Builder Experience.

 

I create an Experience in the Workspace App Shell when it should have been created in the Portal App Shell.  

 

I didn't know any better until I pushed it Test for testing.

 

I don't want the ServiceNow Top Header Navigation to show, which is why I want it in a Portal App Shell.

How can I change the App Shell from Workspace App Shell to Portal App Shell?
