How to change the Assignment group filter condition for Incident in Now Agent

Hello!

Currently, the Assignment group field in the Incident form in Now Agent does not have a filter condition. Is there a way to add a condition to the field or if anyone can point me to a training video on how to do configuration/development in the Now Agent app?
