Clickable link I add to work notes from Case not displaying as a Link

Hello All, 

I have a requirement in a case to insert a work note to the Incident when an Incident is created from a case. The problem is it is inserting a work note, but the work note is displaying the HTML code and not displaying as a link. 

Can anybody help me with why this is happening?
