How to change the names of the changes module step bar?

I just need to fix the translations that are wrong in Portuguese in this module's step bar. How can I change them?

1. Navigate to System UI - > Process Flow

2. Filter based on the table (for ex. change_request) and change the label.

Navigate to sys_process_flow.list -> select the desired record - >update its label according to your requirements.
