How to change the search navigator to search in Service Operation Workspace

Hi,

How can I change the Search settings to look for records in Service Operation Workspace. When the user is looking for incident for example I want that after click it will redirect him to the incident inside the service operation workspace.

thanks for the clarification. We are facing the issue that our customer wants to use the ZING search because the AI search is currently not supporting the search for CMDB tables, and they have a fully functioning ZING search. The only problem is that they want to migrate to the SOW, but they can't because the ZING search always redirects them to the Classic view when used in the SOW.

This is really frustrating because we also don’t want to build something from scratch that ServiceNow could provide for us. because the AI search is running since years without any support for CMDB tables (Servicenow confirmed that in our Case)
