How to change view for reference lookup

Hi team,
On the incident form, when i click on caller reference lookup, we can create a new caller there. When i click on new, i want a different view to be displayed not the default view available for user table.
How do i create a new view for reference lookup?

hi paramveer,
i made change and it worked.But problem is even the email field is getting mandatory on default view of incident and password field is not becoming non-mandatory.

check if password field in mandatory from dictionary. right click on field and configure dictionary. If a field is mandatory from dictionary then it can note set as non-mandatory from client script/Ui policy
