How to change your Email from Partner portal to personal Email thread.

Easy 

 

- Log a now Learning case

- Mentioned your both email id.

It will take 5-7 days to bring all certs/ vocher to new id.

to do this, you need to create the case in nowlearning and mention your all query there. They will help you there.

You can't, but I think you aren't asking what you mean to ask.

Your personal email address can never be your email on the Partner portal, since you aren't a ServiceNow partner. You will need to explain what you want to do, but making the assumption you are no longer going to work for your current company, you will have to make the email change through NowLearning, where you will be notified that active accounts on the Partner portal or Now Support can't be changed.

But they have articles and forms for this on NowLearning.

I you have changed you job then you need to raise a case for it.

 

If you have joined new company and it's also a partner company then create you partner account in new company and raise a case and ask to map all the data from previous partner portal account to new account.
