Hi @sahana1998
The best place to check all notification is email logs or in notifications tab where all these configured. OOTB SLA notification trigger via flow you can check the configuration there as well.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @sahana1998,
The best place to start looking at and assessing SLA records are the lust view and the SLA Overview Dashboard.
To view a list of all SLA records including breached records, type 'task_sla.LIST' into the Navigation menu and hit enter. This will open a new tab displaying all SLA's and there current status. -you then then filter the list accordingly and create favorite links etc.
Another high level view is the SLA Overview dash board accessed by typing 'SLA Overview' into the Navigation Menu.
For emails - Out Of Box (OOB), notifications are prebuilt for you, however you may need to check who they are configured to be sent to.
Type 'Notifications'' into the Navigation menu and search for the records that start or contain 'SLA' within the name.
From here you can check the 'Who will receive' tab.
Furthermore, to check who has received previously sent emails, Email logs (type 'Emails' and click on the link under 'System Log' you can see what emails have been sent, and to who.
To help others (or for me to help you more directly), please mark this response correct by clicking on Accept as Solution and/or Kudos.
Thanks, Robbie
