How to check the reference field value in a if condition in flow designer?

Hi All,

I am trying to check the business area field value in a if condition in flow designer but I am not getting any option to select in the flow.

I am not getting the values of the reference field

but when I checked it in trigger condition I am getting it as reference field.

I want to check that field value in if condition, how this can be done.

Try using sys_id of that field.
