In the procurement application once a purchase order line item has its status changed to Received or Ordered all the fields become read only. I had a request to allow the short description field still be writeable, but I can't find where its getting set to read only. I tried making an ACL rule that allowed write access to the field it didn't work. Does anyone know how I can go about allow users to still write to the short description field after the status is Received or Ordered?

hello @Jared Wason ,
was it the field level acl for short description ?
and did you make it active false?
also was it a write operation ACL?

Thank you for having me reexamine the ACLs. It was write the ACL on the proc_po_item table.

Hello @Jared Wason ,
As my friend suggested regarding ACL please chek it. But along with it please check the field,
client script and Ui policy throughly.
