How to configure a reminder notification to trigger 1 month before our archive records are destroyed

Hi,

We have recently set up Archive and Destroy rules on our instance. However we would like to set up reminder notifications before the records in the archive tables are destroyed (our rule define that any record that is older than 10 years old should be destroyed and we run the archive destroy job every 365 days as we want it to run at the end of the fiscal year.).For example, we would like to send a reminder notification to managers 1 month before the records in the archive table are destroyed.

What is the best approach we can take here? How can we configure this? Has anybody configured this before? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Best is Flow Designer. schedule it like once in day or as per condition and your work will be very easy.
