How to configure a Tab in SOW to be a default tab

Hi,
Is there any way to configure the Related records tab to be the default tab so that every time someone enters the incident form it will automatically open on the Related records tab and not on the Details tab? I want to keep the same order of the Tabs but i want that it will open automatically on the Related records tab
