Hi Everyone,
I'm trying to create a dashboard with an SLA Compliance (%) KPI in Platform Analytics
Could anyone guide me on the best way to configure this in Platform Analytics
Specifically:
- Is there a standard way to calculate this percentage?
- Should this be configured using a Formula Indicator, Scripted Indicator, or another approach
- Are there any best practices or documentation available for implementing this KPI
Any guidance or examples would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

What are you trying to achieve? Because a simple semi donut on 'has breached' with setting to include percentage will already to the job for you (last month: 100 has breached = false, 50 has breached = true | 66% vs 33% all in one graph).
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

Thank you for the suggestion. My goal is to replicate an executive dashboard where SLA Compliance is displayed as a single KPI value e.g., 83.8% rather than as a chart. Is there a recommended way to configure this as a percentage KPI in Platform Analytics, or would a Formula Indicator or scripted approach be required
