How to configure Email Accounts for Inbound and Outbound Email Actions

Hi,

 

Please guide me on configuration details of SMTP and POP ,as there are no configurations on Email Accounts module, due to which I couldn't able to send or receive emails from my developer instance to gmail account.

remove servicenow.com and make the below field empty and save

to send inbound email to your instance you need to send email to instance@service-now.com like dev12345@service-now.com

If its still not working it means you need to make few more pre-configurations you can follow the below procedure step by step

Outbound email will need subscription from servicenow and for inbound email you can change the below settings to Yes and provide other required details. 

 

Email receiving enabled
Yes | No
