How to configure fields inside Record Information Overview Section on CSM Workspace?

Hi.
I am trying to customize/configure the workspace I am working in, however I new to ServiceNow and don't know how to do it...

Please see the attachment. I want to add few more columns on to overview section. Can someone help me?
