How to configure reference field on scripted action item in now mobile?

Hi All,

 

I have created an scripted action item 'create incident' according to the client requirement.

In that we have a reference field 'impacted services' for configuration items.

If we click on it to select the service it is showing 'No matches found'.

Please, help me to configure the reference field. Thank you.
