How to configure templates on contextual side pannel in Configurable HR agent workspace

Hi Everyone,

i wish to configure templates option in contextual sidebar in 'Configurable HR agent workspace'.

i configured it in Classic agent workspace but unable to do so in 'Configurable HR agent workspace'.

There's an option for 'Response templates' but not 'templates'.
Kindly let me know if you have any idea for the same.

Hi @Berend ,

Yes i figured it out, 
you need to configure UI builder for HR case management.
open the tab sidebar:

and on the template option configure, select the script and mention the tables for which you want it:

Somewhat like this.
