We have one OOTB widget 'Ticket Attachments' in order to drag and drop the attachments on the record producer form in service portal.
When we have created a new variable with type 'Custom' and defined this OOTB widget, it did not work. So wanted to check on how to use this OOTB widget 'Ticket Attachments'
