How to configure the workspace form header

How to configure this header in the form in workspace highlighted in below screenshot.

Hi @armanoj ,
Open the sys_aw_form_header table and search for the table you want and open.There you can add the Primary field and you can add the secondary fields in the related list.

already checked this part, I got the solution we need to config the UX header also
