I am trying to implement (Advanced Work Assignment
)AWA for HR case assignment. But I can see that Agent capacity is getting refreshed every 5 mins to 0 automatically and the work items in the queue are assigned to the Agent is already at max capacity.. Can someone help on the steps to stop the automatic refresh to happen
