I have a similar situation I'm trying to solve for. I need to connect two separate Microsoft Teams instances to a single ServiceNow instance. Is that possible? If I read the KB0825690 correctly, it describes the opposite - connecting multiple ServiceNow instances to a single Microsoft Teams instance.
Any help is much appreciated - thanks!

Hello Cristian ,
Did you get solution to your question because KB article is referring exactly opposite to it.
Thanks,
Amar
