How to convert default Value into french translation

I had a requirement of converting some text to French Translation.I tried all possible ways but it is not translating.

I want the below  highlighted text to be converted to French. Can someone Help me?

Here, when we do configure dictionary and changing the text to french, In "Translated Texts" , it is updating with the change number in the document field. Hence the problem araise
