Steps to Create 100+ Dependent Records for Custom Table Records Using Custom Table Template in ServiceNow:
1. Create a Custom Table Template:**
* Go to "System Definition" > "Tables" > "Table Templates"
* Click "New"
* Enter a name and description for the template
* Select the "Source Table" as the custom table for which you want to create dependent records
* Save the template
*2. Create a Table Template Record:**
* Go to the "Table Template Record" list under the custom table template
* Click "New"
* Enter values for the fields that correspond to the dependent records you want to create
* Save the template record
**3. Create the Dependent Records:**
* Go to the "System Import Sets" list
* Click "New"
* Select "Create Multiple Records" as the Import Type
* Choose the Custom Table Template you created as the Source Table
* Click "Browse" and select the Table Template Record you created in step 2
* Specify the number of records to create (e.g., 100)
* Check the "Create Dependent Records" checkbox
* Click "Next" and review the import settings
* Click "Queue Import" to start the import process
*4. Monitor the Import Process:**
* Go to the "Import History" list under "System Import Sets"
* Find the import set you created and monitor its progress
* Once the import is complete, all the dependent records will be created and associated with the corresponding source records
